As promised, here's a couple of piccies from the day we arrived in the French Alps. Taken at Combloux where there is a natural swimming pool as well as fantastic view of Mont Blanc - highly recommended if you ever get the chance to go there.

Could be but this one is a created lake with the water to fill it flowing from the mountain stream. No chlorine as the outer edges have been planted up with bio-filters - reeds and similar plants.
