That was a nice puzzle, thanks Børge!

The difficulty was good for me, I don't like it (much) harder. As I said in your explosion poll "Tough is enough".

I should have named it WK4 v0.5, not WK4 v1.5. Thanks to Afmob who found the easy way. =D> This one is a lot harder. My estimated rating: 1.5. I hope I didn't miss an easy start this time. So here is v2.0. Windoku Killer 4 v2.0 (WK4 v2.0) http://i32.tinypic.com/2v1vo1f.png 3x3::k:6400 :6400:6...

I can't say that V1.5 was harder than V1. I used Innies+Outies to crack it where in V1 I used small combo analysis (Killer pairs). Let's see what V2 has to offer. :-k Hmmm. I have to confess I didn't see the easy start in n3 because I was focused on n7 and n9 . This makes it a lot easier. I'...

Thanks for another good puzzle, Børge. I voted "A good puzzle". But "A bit too difficult" would have been correct too. For me "Tough is enough" both for the clueless special and the explosion. This one took longer than most of Ruud's clueless (but that might have...

Did last night. Just what the dr. ordered. Thanks! The doctor is back! He says: Have some more! Here's v1.5 with a slightly altered cage design. Be sure to have your combo tables at hand! Windoku Killer 4 (WK 4)

You thought you would get a nice and quiet weekend? No way! I know, Jean-Christophe posted one just a few days ago. But this one was already waiting for you. And since UA99 was not too hard I thought I should give you something else to do for the weekend. So here's Windoku Killer 4 v1.0 (WK4v...

Nice puzzle, Jean-Christophe, thanks! Not too hard. Naming for the additional windows corresponds to this: 1 2 2 2 1 3 3 3 1 4 6 6 6 4 7 7 7 4 4 6 6 6 4 7 7 7 4 4 6 6 6 4 7 7 7 4 1 2 2 2 1 3 3 3 1 5 8 8 8 5 9 9 9 5 5 8 8 8 5 9 9 9 5 5 8 8 8 5 9 9 9 5 1 2 2 2 1 3 3 3 1 Walkthrough WK 3 1. Windoku Killer 2 (WK 2)

Here's the second windoku killer, this time posted in the correct section! Sadly I had to modify my wonderful cage pattern to not get spanked again for using uniqueness. About the puzzle: The usual killer rules apply. But there are also 9 additional windows (45-cages) from windoku: 1. ...

OK OK, I get it. Uniqueness is BAD. I'm no expert in creating killer puzzles, so I want to share with you how this one came into existence. First there was the idea to create a windoku killer. I picked the last one posted by Ruud and solved it. Then I started to create the killer, mainly with...

Special: Windoku-Killer 1

OK, here's a new (?) idea for the weekend: the combination of windoku and killer. I thought about posting it in the Maverick series but in my opinion it doesn't fit in there because it can't be finished without the additional constraints. Maverick should be reserved for "normal" killers. A...

Wow, that was a very interesting puzzle. Thanks, Afmob! It took me a lot longer than I had thought. Somehow I always got sidetracked. So here is my walkthrough, up to the first placements. The rest was solved so fast that I couldn't remember what was next. Be warned: it's the way I solved it,...

A very nice puzzle. Thanks a lot, Jean-Christophe! =D>

The bottom right one was the hardest, the others were pretty easy, with minimal interactions.

That was a very nice (and relaxing) puzzle. Thanks Jean-Christoph! =D>

After finishing it I found your hint. Very clever! I didn't see it.

I'm looking forward to see more of this kind!
