Visual Basic code to create 9 x 9 Sudokus

Anyone,
Any ideas where I could find Microsoft Windows Visual Basic Code that when triggered from a button will create a 9 x 9 Sudoku starting numbers? Would like to be able also so designate difficulty, symetry, etc.
