SudoCue 1.3.0 released

A release that is long overdue, because of the time I spent on SumoCue.
This release has the following goodies:
- Generator improved and much faster. No more hung computer.
- Optimizer also improved. Optimize keeping or dropping symmetry.
- 9 different symmetry options available
- Generate easy or difficult puzzles only, or both.
- Color and font options added.
- Finned fish any size caught by solver.
- Several bugs fixed.
- Braiding/Traveling pairs analyzer tool added (undocumented)
