Thanks Mike. I feel like I've abandoned/missed out on all the other great things happening here - Nouggie's first walkthrough, A61X....64V2, TJK 032, rating sticky etc etc...[edit: and Para's Unsolvables - aaargh :wink: ]

Good point.....the fact that A64V2 SScore is so far off shows this. Hope it doesn't need 9 categories though!

Not at all. Using solving times for each level of ticked boxes as the basic measure. Time will tell how valid that is.

It seems to be very, very consistent each time it does the same puzzle with the same techniques ticked - and does vary according to the version of SS. Unfortunately, I've now worked out I used some of the weightings for the above SScores from a previous version of SS - so another reason they will be off. I'll edit that post.

Looks like I'll be neglecting everything for a bit yet. I'll see what happens this week and post next Sunday with progress.
