I would prefer to have windows that "belong" to S-Cue and are open pop back "on top" when the main windoe is brought up.
I switch between solvers and I like to have the analyzing window open.
If I go to another app and return I have to bring the analyzer back seperatly.
Thanks!

I recognize the problem, because I use the analyzer a lot. This has been changed for version 2.0.0.5.

It does work from some returns, not from all.
I just noticed that, it is better!
(Not perfect tho...)

I noticed the random behaveour.
I finally found a way to keep them on top together. You'll see it in the next version.
