I just printed out a puzzle and was wishing that I could type in a header, or footer or any such to remind me why I printed it, or warn me of a technique to watch for.

If this isn't too much work to add it would be a nice feature!

I, too, would like to have this feature, so that I can print out the puzzle title and where I got it from.
